Laura Louise Green, LPC

Laura is a licensed psychotherapist and founder of Healthy Pour, a consultancy that helps organizations and professional communities address issues of well-being in the workplace. After working in hospitality and drinks for two decades, Laura utilizes her knowledge and skills as a mental health practitioner to facilitate training, growth, and healing within the hospitality industry and other creative sectors. Laura Louise is currently pursuing a second masters in Organizational Psychology.

Jessica Pomerantz, MHC

Jessica is a bartender and mental health professional, based in Columbia, South Carolina. She has bartending experience working in Florida, South Carolina and New York City at a variety of award-winning cocktail bars. She also is the 2022 Speed Rack National Champion and completed Bar-5 Day in 2023. Currently, Jessica is earning her PhD in Clinical Psychology from the University of South Carolina with a goal to improve hospitality mental health.
