Our Best Work Weekly is a newsletter from Healthy Pour that offers weekly tips on creating a healthy workplace, becoming a more compassionate leader, and cultivating a regenerative relationship with work.
What is this? What can you expect? Well, every Monday at 8 am CT, you'll receive a note from me in your inbox. This note will be something you can think about this week: a recommendation, a bit of science, an upcoming event you might find interesting, a brief case study, or something I read, watched, or heard that might be useful for you. When it makes sense, I'll include a resource or tool you can use immediately. Sometimes, I might only update you on cool things happening at Healthy Pour, but that will be rare. This weekly check-in is about quick and easy learning to start your Monday on a thoughtful note.
