mental health & well-being at work is more important now than ever.
we can help
At Healthy Pour, we recognize how important employee well-being is to the success of your business.
We specialize in collaboratively building and streamlining your working processes so your teams can work more productively, innovate, grow, and do their best work.
We know making changes can be tough, and it’s not always clear where or how to start.
You don’t have to go
about it out alone.
When your workforce is happy and supported, they work better, think clearer, and stay motivated. When we focus on creating a good workplace, people stick around, teams work together better, and conflicts decrease. This benefits everyone, especially the business itself.
Who are you?
You’re a leader who cares about the people you work with, want’s people to thrive, and grow within and beyond their roles.
You believe mental health is central to the success of the workplace and take steps to ensure your colleagues are well.
You’re curious, socially conscious, introspective, and value integrity.
You acknowledge that your organization has room to grow, are committed to improvement, and are willing to try something new.
Some areas we especially love focusing on include:
-
Burnout is becoming more and more of an issue in our workspaces - so much so that it’s become so normal is some organizations that we miss that it’s even happening.
Far more insidious and even more contagious than stress, burnout isn’t something that we can repair with a vacation, it actually stems from the working environment and it’s much easier to prevent than treat. Healthy Pour started in pursuit of helping organizations prevent and repair burnout, and it remains a key offering today.
We love helping organizations prevent burnout. What a gift to your business and employees! But when burnout has already set in and taken hold, we can also help you fix it and rebuild stronger.
-
Leadership Development is an extraordinary investment in your business. When your leadership has the skills, tools, and capacity to thoughtfully, efficiently, and empathetically manage teams, your organization’s culture will flourish and so will your team’s well-being.
We’re sure you’ve heard the saying, “People don’t quit jobs, they quit managers.” While people can leave for a multitude of reasons, managers within organizations will certainly have an impact on personnel’s working experience and the organizations culture.
We love training leaders in empathetic, transformational, authentic, and servant leadership approaches while equipping them to support their teams. Gone are the days of “coffee is for closers,” we now know the best managers are also leaders.
-
An organization should foster psychological safety because it creates an environment where employees feel comfortable taking risks, sharing ideas, and being themselves without fear of judgment or negative consequences. When people feel psychologically safe at work, they're more likely to speak up, collaborate openly, and contribute their best ideas. This leads to increased innovation, stronger teamwork, higher job satisfaction, and ultimately better performance for the organization as a whole. Plus, it promotes trust and loyalty among employees, which helps with retention and overall morale.
There are many strategies to foster psychological safety, but we often find that starting with systems of feedback often jumpstarts the process. We love architecting both formal and casual systems of feedback to assess employee experience.
-
Something that is especially wonderful about working with Healthy Pour is that our founders background backgrounds is in psychotherapy and counseling, so we understand how to transform and repair interpersonal relationships.
Building and repairing trust can be tough, but it’s not impossible. We can help you create a short and long-term plan to strengthen trust systems in your organization and imporve the interpersonal relationships and organizational regard.
-
An organization should take steps to manage its culture because culture shapes everything that happens within it. It influences how employees interact, how decisions are made, and how work gets done. A healthy culture can attract top talent, boost morale, and drive innovation, while an unhealthy culture can lead to disengagement, turnover, and poor performance.
By actively managing culture, your organizations can align with your values, goals, and objectives. This involves fostering a culture of respect, transparency, and accountability, where employees feel valued, supported, and empowered to do their best work. It also means addressing any toxic or dysfunctional aspects of the culture that may be hindering productivity or morale.
Ultimately, a strong and healthy culture can be a competitive advantage, helping organizations adapt to change, weather challenges, and achieve long-term success. So, it's essential for organizations to invest time and resources into managing and shaping their culture to ensure it aligns with their vision and helps them achieve their goals. We can help.
-
