Classes & Seminars 

These training classes are available for the community, privately in organizations, and at conferences. In addition to what we already offer, we also regularly build out curated coursework for our clients.

  • We have a robust selection of coursework that helps learners understand their mental health & how it’s intertwined with the workplace.

  • Many of our classes are ideal for emerging, new, and established leaders. Anything from how to best implement mentorship programs to the importance of emotional intelligence in the workplace to better understanding the importance of feedback.

  • Don’t let the title freak you out! We have tons of classes that help learners better understand the social systems they work within, like ostracism, in-group dynamics, leadership theories, and trauma.

  • Finally, we offer classes that are more business-centered but focus on implementing well-being initiatives in the workplace.

Workshops

Creating change within an organization or professional community requires innovation and participation from within, so we offer and encourage our clients to utilize our workshops so we can collaborate on future-building and strategizing.

  • There are times when we know something is off but can’t figure out what. In these workshops, we facilitate conversations around what’s going right and where there can be improvement in order to develop a plan moving to move forward.

  • When systems and thinking has been the same for a long time, it can be tough to break out and innovate when we need to. We can help talk through your goals and strategize for the future.

  • Mission statements and clearly defined values are the framework that organizations build from, and too often, we haven’t developed or identified them. These workshops help to get everyone on the same page.

  • These workshops are awesome because they’re solutions-focused and create immediately actionable changes in operational systems collectively agreed upon by the team. The best. So much fun.

Coaching

Through coaching, we work collaboratively to help you to navigate your work and career life. Sometimes all we need is a session, sometimes there is some ongoing work today, but either way, you don’t have to figure out the big stuff on your own.

  • Are you the boss? Are you trying to implement new structures in your management & leadership approach and need some help getting started? Or maybe you recognize that some or your past behavior is less than desirable and you want to be better? We can help.

  • Moving into a leadership position is tough for a lot of reasons including the discomfort of a new role, potentially having to manage your former team or colleagues, and having little access to leadership training. This coaching is ideal for individuals who are just starting to embark on their leadership journey and want to start with a solid footing.

  • Our careers are very closely tied to our identities, but sometimes career moves are tricky to navigate. Career coaching can help you to identify your needs and help create pathways towards a fulfilling career.

  • Sometimes we’re dealing with a single issue that needs some attention, like work overwhelm, trouble with a colleague, and more complex issues like navigating ostracism & workplace bullying. We can target our coaching sessions to be solutions focused on your immediate needs.

  • Our HR Well-being Coaching is designed specifically for HR professionals that would like support in improving workplace mental health & well-being. We know a lot falls on HR to manage and it can feel daunting, so we’re here to help shoulder the weight of it all.

Consulting

The workplace historically hasn’t operated to support the well-being of personnel, but we can help you strategize and develop innovative programs in your organization that do just that. This might be new for you, and that’s ok! We’re here to help.

  • Sometimes, we know there is something wrong but it's hard to identify, we see so much going on that we don't know where to begin, or we aren't sure if people are really speaking up about their needs. That's where we come in. We explore the organizational environment through observation, interviews, and surveys to figure out what’s what.

  • When we know what the problems are, what we need to address, areas of growth, and priorities, we can move forward in an actionable, measurable way. We can help strategize in an effort to intentionally shape and refine the organizational environment.

  • The human beings that compose our organizations and professional communities are our greatest assets. We can work together to develop personnel, and create systems for career growth, innovation, and departmental interdependence.

  • In some cases, we can hand off our plans. In others, we can be there with you as you adopt the new programs, systems, and attitudes within the organization.
