Our most foundational course offers an overview of what's happening in the industry to cause issues around mental health & well-being. Students will gain a better understanding of mental health and how systems and traditions contribute to (or block) our ability to thrive.

Stress can be a problem, and the word has become a catch-all term for our experience at work. In this course, you'll learn about what stress is, how it can help us, and what we can do to adequately cope with our stress so we can learn, grow, and not be so on edge all the time!

For too long, this industry has subscribed to the idea that emotions aren't welcome at work - but they're a gift! In this course, we'll learn about emotional intelligence, literacy, and agility, and how these skills will not only help you in the workplace, but in your daily life as well.

Alcohol misuse is a problem in this industry. Drinking excessively is culturally normalized, glorified, and largely uncontrolled. In this course we'll talk about our relationship with alcohol, why it's so complicated, and offer ways to approach the relationship more mindfully.
