What we do
-
It’s undeniable that the last few years have been especially challenging— both in and out of the workplace— and our mental health is more important than ever.
Our mental health is integral to our overall well-being and impacts our relationships, stress management, and work.
And what we bring into work plays a significant role in shaping our organizational culture.
Providing teams with training and resources about mental health, how to cope with stress, prevent & recover from burnout, and seek additional resources when they need it is the first step in creating a healthy workplace where people can thrive and perform at their best.
-
By this point, we’ve all heard that managers have a more substantial impact on an individual’s mental health than their therapist or their doctor, and “people don’t quit jobs, they quit managers,”
The influence of leadership within an organization is already profound, but it is becoming increasingly essential that they manage with mental health in mind.
However, it’s important to distinguish that the manager is not and should not act as a therapist. Still, the best contemporary managers meet their teams with compassionate accountability, curiosity, and care.
We can help your leadership team build the skills necessary to influence personnel’s mental health for the better.
-
Of all the ways we can improve mental health & well-being at work, working at the organizational level is the most effective. We work with you to design systems like ways of working, roles, and communication pathways that support well-being while intentionally scaffolding a workplace culture where people can thrive.

We utilize evidence-based strategies to build coping skills while building a workplace that leaves people better than they started.
Addressing problems like mental health, burnout and workplace toxicity is so much more than a new planner, a two-week vacation, going to a rooftop yoga class, or even getting a new job. It’s a profoundly complex socio-emotional experience that requires time, care, and compassion.
We're here to guide you through creating a working life that not only helps you to survive, but thrive.
