too many of us are struggling with burnout and trying to navigate toxic workplaces.
it’s too common that we’re giving our work everything while our friends and family get the scraps.
as leaders, it’s hard to know how to avoid burnout while supporting your team.
we’re here to help.
We utilize evidence-based strategies to help you recover from unhealthy experiences at work while building skills to prevent them.
Addressing burnout and workplace toxicity is so much more than a new planner, a two week vacation, going to a rooftop yoga class, or even getting a new job. It’s a profoundly complex, socio-emotional experience that requires time, care, and compassion.
Are we a good fit?
Our clients come from a range of backgrounds, industries, and experiences, but they share one common goal: they want their relationship with work to be healthier and more fulfilling.

Burnout is becoming more and more of an issue in our workspaces - so much so that it’s become so normal is some organizations that we miss that it’s even happening.
Far more insidious and even more contagious than stress, burnout isn’t something that we can repair with a vacation, it actually stems from the working environment and it’s much easier to prevent than treat. Healthy Pour started in pursuit of helping organizations prevent and repair burnout, and it remains a key offering today.
We love helping organizations prevent burnout. What a gift to your business and employees! But when burnout has already set in and taken hold, we can also help you fix it and rebuild stronger.

As a culture and society, we’re moving away from traditional career lineages into boundaryless careers. These careers aren’t the clear pathway that past generations had, with promotion after promotion that comes with a title change and pay raise until we retire.
Boundayless careers are driven by a sense of purpose, need for personal and professional growth, and an overall sense of life satisfaction. It’s more about tailoring your career to fit your liSe instead of the other way around.
So whether you’re looking to move organizations, start your own business, go back to school, or change career fields entirely, we’re here to help.
In fact, Laura is currently writing her dissertation on career decision-making processes and identities, so career coaching is a is a favorite.

Toxic workplaces are the worst. The actual worst. When you’re in them, they feel almost inescapable. Even when you do manage to leave, the impact of the toxicity tends to linger in our minds, making it challenging to thrive - even when we’re in much healthier spaces. Toxic workspaces can totally erode our sense of trust, self-efficacy, can prompt burnout and even leave us traumatized.
Something especially wonderful about working with Healthy Pour is that our founder’s background is in psychotherapy and counseling, so we understand how to transform and repair our relationships (with work and people) following a breach or rupture.
Building and repairing trust can be tough, but it’s not impossible. Recovering from toxic workspaces is very do-able. We can help you create short and long-term plans to repair and strengthen our relatonship with work, colleagues, and organizations to create a stronger and healthier workplace an working relationship.

Oh, the ever elusive work-life balance. First, it’s important to share that here at Healthy Pour we don’t really use the term Work-Life Balance largely because it centers work: as if we live to work and are expected to fit in life where we can.
We focus more on things like life satisfaction, career integration, the robustness of roles and identities in our lives, the diversity of responsibility, and the pursuit of building careers that fuel the life we want - not the other way around.

Leadership Development is an extraordinary investment in your business. When leadership has the skills, tools, and capacity to thoughtfully, efficiently, and empathetically manage teams, your organization’s culture will flourish and so will your team’s well-being.
We’re sure you’ve heard the saying, “People don’t quit jobs, they quit managers.” While people can leave for a multitude of reasons, managers within organizations will certainly have an impact on personnel’s working experience and the organizations culture.
We love training leaders in empathetic, transformational, authentic, and servant leadership approaches while equipping them to support their teams. Gone are the days of “coffee is for closers,” we now know the best managers are also leaders.
We're here to guide you through creating a working life that not only helps you to survive, but thrive.
